Use-cases

In order to ensure that the ABRomics platform responds to the needs of the communities, the technical developments are performed considering six transversal use cases:

UC1 : Detection and investigation of outbreak involving multidrug resistant bacteria UC2 : One Health approach to the emergence, transition and dissemination of antimicrobial resistance in Acinetobacter baumannii UC3 : Application of Meta-PanGenomic concept for tracking antibioresistance in metagenomic samples UC4 : antimicrobial resistance analysis in the context of pulmonary infections. UC5 : One Health dissemination of antimicrobial resistance through aquatic environments UC6 : Proteomics for antibiotic susceptibility testing and molecular phenotyping of antibiotic resistant bacterial strains
